At least once a year (except in 2014 due to enormous activity in the ministry) CCofVa. holds a "leadership conference". This is a day, or two, in which all the cowboy churches in the state gather for fellowship and teaching. These events are intended for everyone. For the newcomer to Cowboy Church it allows one to become familiar with the principles upon which the ministry is based, and operates. For the return attendee it is a time of renewal in these same principles that we call "The Model".

No two conferences are the same. The teachings given in the conference are unique only to the conference. So you will not hear these teachings in the weekly CC service.
